Iroko shell 38 cm

The iroko shell come from Côte d’Ivoire. Iroko wood, particularly from Côte d’Ivoire, is becoming increasingly difficult to find in good condition and is therefore becoming increasingly rare.

This wood is particularly sought after for its acoustic qualities.

The most interesting feature is the interior shape of these djembés. They are carved differently from the drums found in Mali and Guinea.

Their shape provides a great deal of power, comfort, and a sound that breathes freely while always maintaining a high level of precision.
